1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Alpas platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alpas provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for school management. Individual schools ("Tenants") use the platform to manage their own data, student records, and administrative workflows.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We employ PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation. Each Tenant's data is strictly separated from other tenants. However, Tenants are responsible for managing their own user access and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the platform architecture.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass the tenant isolation security measures.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
